Sensocon offers two products, the Series A3 and A4 that are capable of reading directly in velocity or flow when used with a FloSen® Airflow Probe or another velocity sensing device such as a pitot tube. The programming menu for the A3 and A4 includes parameters for a "flow coefficient" and duct area so the control can make the conversion from velocity pressure to velocity or flow. The Series A3 and A4 are both available with relays and a 4-20 mA output for ultimate flexibility. The FloSen®w Airflow Probes utilize a patented elliptical design which reduces turbulence and provides an industry leading accuracy of 1%. The Probes can also be factory mounted as an Airflow Station in a custom flange to meet the application requirements.
